Your testing results will be delivered through our online patient portal where you can download your report in PDF format and you will also receive a QR code by email or SMS to your cellphone which can be scanned at the airport to provide the gate/border agent with your last testing results.

In Case Of Needing To Retest Due To Active Infection At Time Of Initial Testing: The Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Chicago regulations, travelers to China are NOT permitted to re-test until 14 days have passed since their last appointment. FAQ

How is my sample for testing collected?

We perform a nasal swab to collect a sample of nasal secretions. This is done by inserting the swab into your nostril approximately 1 inch into the nasal passage (midway) with the most visible drainage or the nostril that is most congested if drainage is not present. The swab is rotated several times, removed gently and this process is repeated on the other side.

How and when will I get results?

The COVID-19 PCR results are returned the same day as specimen collection. When your results are ready, we’ll email you a link to view securely online.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk-in?

Yes, you can only test with a testing appointment.

Do I need a referral from a medical professional?

No, you do not need a referral for testing.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept your insurance information but most insurers or employers will reimburse you for the cost of the testing if you provide the receipt for your tests (this will immediately get sent to your email upon payment)

How old can a patient be to get a COVID-19 test?

Patients can be of ANY age to register for COVID-19 testing. A parent or legal guardian must complete this registration for all minor patients and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to assist with swab collection if under 15 years of age.

What if I miss my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment online free of cost 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not show up to your testing appointment or try to reschedule in less than 24 hours, only 25% of your testing fee will be refunded.

Can I bring someone with me or should I come alone?

We understand that you may need to bring someone with you; however, only patients who have qualified and scheduled a visit online can be tested.
